An Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) is a multi-layered exterior wall cladding system that provides insulation, moisture control, and a decorative finish. It is commonly used in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings because of its energy efficiency and design flexibility. Starter is the base component that begins an EIFS wall assembly at the bottom edge of a building façade. Plays a critical structural, drainage, and alignment role in ensuring the long-term durability and appearance of the wall assembly.  Available in multiple sizes. EIFS STARTER w/WEEP

A vinyl EIFS starter with weep holes is a foundational trim component used at the base of an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall assembly.  Mechanically fastened to the substrate, it provides dedicated channeling for moisture to escape. This helps prevent mold and rot from developing and protects from freeze-thaw damage. It serves as a structural guide, drainage outlet, and termination edge for the system at the bottom of the wall—typically where the EIFS meets a foundation wall, slab edge, or horizontal transition. EIFS STARTER, DRIP LEG/WEEP

An EIFS vinyl starter with drip leg (also called a starter track with drip edge or drip flange) is a base trim component used at the bottom termination of an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall. It provides structural alignment for the insulation board while incorporating a projecting drip feature that directs water away from the wall assembly.

This component is most commonly used at the base of walls above foundations, slab edges, or horizontal transitions where controlled water shedding is critical. Comes in 10′ lengths, sold by the case.

CASING BEAD

A vinyl EIFS casing bead is a termination trim used in an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to create a clean, reinforced edge where the system ends or transitions to another material. It provides a defined boundary, impact protection, and a straight, uniform finish at openings and dissimilar materials.

It is commonly installed around windows, doors, penetrations, expansion joints, and at horizontal or vertical terminations of the EIFS assembly.

CORNER BEAD

An EIFS vinyl corner bead is a reinforced trim component used at exterior (and sometimes interior) corners in an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). It creates a straight, durable, and crack-resistant corner while protecting the most impact-prone area of the wall assembly.

Corners are structurally vulnerable and visually prominent, making the corner bead one of the most important reinforcement accessories in an EIFS installation.

Meticulously designed and manufactured to meet stringent quality standards. Produced with vinyl compounds and production methods that meet ASTM standards. CONTROL JOINTS

A vinyl EIFS control joint (also called an expansion joint accessory) is a flexible trim component used within an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to accommodate building movement and relieve stress within the cladding. It creates a deliberate break in the EIFS lamina (base coat + mesh + finish coat) to prevent uncontrolled cracking caused by structural movement, thermal expansion, shrinkage, or substrate deflection.

Control joints are essential in larger wall areas and at transitions where movement is expected.

SILL SCREED

DRIP EDGE – WINDOW/DOOR

A vinyl EIFS drip edge is a termination and water-management accessory used in an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to direct water away from horizontal or sloped surfaces and prevent it from wrapping back under the cladding. It creates a defined projection that forces water to drip clear of the wall, protecting the system from moisture-related damage. Drip edges are most commonly installed at the bottoms of projections, horizontal transitions, parapets, window heads, and decorative bands. This helps keep moisture away from the framing, helping prevent degradation of the framing materials and preserving their integrity.  Manufactured to a strict quality standard with vinyl compounds and production techniques in factories that meet multiple ASTM standards.
